At Invew, we are committed to operating with transparency, integrity, and customer protection at the heart of our services. This page outlines our legal commitments and accreditations within the energy sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and offering customers independent dispute resolution support if required.

As part of our commitment to high service standards, we are:

Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – Registration Number: Z2827756 – ensuring compliance with UK data protection law.

Ombudsman ADR Scheme

At Invew, we understand the importance of clear, fair, and transparent dealings in the energy market. To reinforce our commitment to high standards, we are registered with the Ombudsman ADR Scheme (Alternative Dispute Resolution). Registration Number: C35INVE02

What is the Ombudsman ADR Scheme?

The Ombudsman ADR Scheme is an independent service approved by Ofgem to handle complaints about energy brokers and suppliers. It ensures that customers have access to a fair, impartial, and free dispute resolution process if an issue cannot be resolved directly with us.

How does the Ombudsman ADR Scheme benefit you?

  • Free & Independent Resolution – If we are unable to resolve a complaint, you can escalate it to the Ombudsman ADR Scheme at no cost.
  • Fair & Impartial Decisions – The Ombudsman carefully reviews cases and ensures that disputes are resolved fairly and transparently.
  • Quick & Effective Process – The service provides a structured way to resolve issues without the need for lengthy legal action.
  • Ofgem-Approved Protection – Being registered with the scheme demonstrates our commitment to industry best practices and customer fairness.

If you have a complaint and have not been able to reach a resolution directly with us, you may refer your case to the Ombudsman ADR Scheme using our registration number: C35INVE02.

Information Commissioner's Office

At Invew, we are committed to handling customer data responsibly and in compliance with UK data protection laws. We are officially registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Registration Number: Z2827756.

What is the ICO?

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK’s independent authority responsible for upholding information rights and enforcing data protection laws. It ensures that organisations handle personal data fairly, lawfully, and transparently, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Why is ICO registration important?

  • Demonstrates compliance with UK data protection laws – Ensuring that we collect, store, and process data legally and securely.
  • Reinforces our commitment to privacy – We follow strict guidelines on how personal and business data is handled, protecting customer confidentiality.
  • Protects customer information – Providing reassurance that your data is managed responsibly and not misused.
  • Gives you data rights – As a customer, you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion requests.

By being registered with the ICO, we uphold our commitment to data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, your rights, or our compliance, please contact us.

Our Commitment To Compliance & Customer Protection

At Invew, we prioritise trust, transparency, and customer protection in everything we do. Our registrations with the Ombudsman ADR Scheme (C35INVE02) and ICO (Z2827756) ensure that businesses working with us have an extra layer of security and support when managing their energy needs.
